休闲生活方式:国外研究述评与启示

【摘要】：休闲生活方式是人们选择和从事休闲行为时对时间、金钱和人力资本的最佳利用规则,是学术界亟须深入探讨的重要议题。本文从概念阐释入手,梳理和总结了国外有关休闲生活方式的测量、群体差异,以及与生活质量的关系等研究成果。研究发现:第一,休闲生活方式量表得以开发、评估和检验;第二,休闲生活方式在人口统计学特征和社会阶层方面存在显著差异;第三,休闲生活方式对于身心健康产生重要影响,并与生活质量具有紧密的正向关联。由此,建议国内学者关注量表的引入和应用,进行国民休闲生活方式的独特性和差异性分析,并突破单维视角展开多学科、多维度的综合研究。
[Abstract]:Leisure life style is the best use of time, money and human capital when people choose and engage in leisure behavior. This paper begins with the explanation of the concept and summarizes the research results about the measurement of leisure life style, the group difference and the relationship between leisure life style and quality of life. The findings are as follows: first, the leisure lifestyle scale can be developed, evaluated and tested; second, there are significant differences in the demographic characteristics and social class of leisure life style; Thirdly, leisure lifestyle has an important influence on physical and mental health, and has a close positive correlation with quality of life. Therefore, it is suggested that domestic scholars should pay attention to the introduction and application of the scale, analyze the uniqueness and difference of the national leisure lifestyle, and break through the multi-disciplinary and multi-dimensional comprehensive research from the one-dimensional perspective.
