从国家社科基金立项项目看上海市社会科学竞争力——基于1993-2011年国家社科基金立项的统计分析

【摘要】：本文运用文献计量学方法对上海市1993-2011年国家社科基金项目的立项状况进行了统计分析,结果发现:从地区分布来看,上海共立项1756项,在31个省区中仅次于北京,排名第二。上海立项的年均增长率为15.66%,位居全国中游,但立项数占全国比重的增长幅度稳中有升,排名首位。上海的立项项目已经全部覆盖国家社科基金的23个学科,但各学科之间发展态势并不平衡,青年项目的优势最为明显。从研究单位实力来看,上海高等院校一枝独秀,共有162个核心主持人,但项目主持人更替频繁。
[Abstract]:Based on the bibliometrics method, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the status of projects approved by the State Social Science Foundation in Shanghai from 1993 to 2011. The results show that the total number of projects in Shanghai is 1756, which is second only to Beijing in 31 provinces and regions. Second place. The average annual growth rate of the Shanghai project is 15.66, ranking in the middle of the country, but the proportion of the number of projects in the national growth rate has risen steadily, ranking first. All the projects in Shanghai have covered 23 subjects of the National Social Science Fund, but the development of these disciplines is not balanced, and the advantage of youth projects is the most obvious. From the point of view of the strength of the research units, Shanghai's colleges and universities outshine each other, with 162 core hosts, but the project hosts are frequently replaced.
