网络“季节性舆情”的生成与治理对策研究

【摘要】：互联网对网络舆情的生成与引导发挥着关键作用,而合理运用和控制网络舆情的发展,对社会精神文明建设、社会治理、文化建设等具有重要作用。"季节性舆情"作为网络舆情的组成部分,其生成与发展通常呈现出周期性、季节性特征,在部分地区、特定时间反复发生,最终引发和促成社会舆论的产生。对此,唯有积极应对,找出合理的治理对策,才能减少网络"季节性舆情"的负面效应。
[Abstract]:The Internet plays a key role in the formation and guidance of network public opinion, and the rational use and control of network public opinion play an important role in the construction of social spiritual civilization, social governance and cultural construction. " As an integral part of network public opinion, seasonal public opinion usually presents periodicity and seasonal characteristics. In some areas, it occurs repeatedly at a specific time, and finally causes and promotes the generation of public opinion. In order to reduce the negative effects of seasonal public opinion, only by actively responding and finding out reasonable countermeasures can we reduce the negative effects of seasonal public opinion.
