社会资本对大学生就业影响的实证研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国高等教育规模的扩大,大学入学率得到了前所未有的提升,但由之产生的大学生就业问题也逐步显现,严峻的就业形势使大学生就业压力居高不下。社会资本理论的出现为解读大学生就业问题提供了一个新的视角,结合我国的具体国情,本研究主要阐述了社会资本理论及其对就业的影响,并运用社会资本理论提出建议,着重探讨社会资本对大学生就业的积极与消极作用,以便帮助大学生更好的了解社会资本,顺利实现就业。本研究在汲取国内外先进的相关理论和研究方法的基础上,通过发放调查问卷,采用文献研究法、数理统计分析法和推理演绎法,对大学生的就业问题进行系统分析。文献研究包括国内外研究综述、理论基础,数理统计分析包括样本统计、样本分析,推理演绎包括影响分析和对策分析等。首先,将国外的主要社会资本理论做了系统的回顾,再结合国内学术界对社会资本的观点和理论,对以往的相关研究的研究对象和方法做出概要性的总结,并对社会资本领域内的经典理论,进行较细致的阐述。其次,发放了《社会资本对大学生就业的影响》调查问卷,在2010年对辽宁省大连市部分高校毕业生进行了问卷调查,提出研究假设并进行了实证分析。主要从社会资本和人力资本之间的关系,社会资本的利用情况,以及社会资本对大学生就业期望单位、未来规划和就业信心的影响等方面进行分析。最后,依据实证的分析结果得出人力资本与社会资本之间存在的关系,以及社会资本对大学生群体在就业期望单位、未来规划和就业信心等方面的影响,并从政府、高校、家庭和个人角度分别提出了对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of higher education in our country, the university enrollment rate has been increased unprecedented, but the employment problem of college students arising from it has gradually appeared, and the severe employment situation has made the employment pressure of college students remain high. The emergence of the theory of social capital provides a new angle of view for the interpretation of the employment problem of college students. Combined with the specific conditions of our country, this study mainly expounds the theory of social capital and its impact on employment, and puts forward some suggestions using the theory of social capital. This paper focuses on the positive and negative effects of social capital on college students' employment, in order to help college students better understand social capital and realize employment smoothly. Based on the advanced theories and research methods at home and abroad, this study systematically analyzes the employment problems of college students by issuing questionnaires, using literature research, mathematical statistics analysis and inference deduction. Literature research includes domestic and foreign research review, theoretical basis, mathematical statistical analysis including sample statistics, sample analysis, inference deduction including impact analysis and countermeasure analysis. First of all, the main theories of social capital abroad are reviewed systematically, and then combined with the views and theories of the domestic academic circles on social capital, the research object and method of previous relevant research are summarized briefly. And the classical theory in the field of social capital, a more detailed elaboration. Secondly, the impact of social capital on the employment of college students is issued. In 2010, some university graduates in Dalian City of Liaoning Province were investigated, and the research hypotheses were put forward and the empirical analysis was carried out. This paper analyzes the relationship between social capital and human capital, the utilization of social capital, and the influence of social capital on the employment expectation unit, future planning and employment confidence of college students. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the relationship between human capital and social capital, and the impact of social capital on the employment expectation unit, future planning and employment confidence of college students are obtained. The family and the individual point of view respectively put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion.
