毕业生职业决策困难及其与自卑、应对效能的关系研究

【摘要】:本研究以Gati,Krausz和Osipow(2007)提出的新职业决策困难模型为基础,结合自卑和应对效能来考察毕业生职业决策困难的特点,并探讨职业决策困难与自卑、应对效能之间的关系。 采用Gati等编制的《职业决策困难量表》、蒙家宏编制的《毕业生自卑量表》、童辉杰编制的《应对效能量表》对湖北省武汉市部分高校毕业生进行问卷调查。研究结果显示: 1.整体上毕业生职业决策困难得分并不高,三个分量表中从高到低依次是焦虑分量表、消极观念分量表、自我认同分量表; 2.《职业决策困难量表》所测定的毕业生职业决策困难在学校、专业、性别、是否做过兼职、是否接受过职业辅导方面存在显著性差异; 3.对职业决策困难、自卑、应对效能进行两两相关分析,结果发现:三者相互之间存在显著相关; 4.回归分析结果表明:应对效能在自卑对职业决策困难的影响上不存在中介效应;进一步分别以自卑、应对效能各个因子做为自变量,职业决策困难总分为因变量进行多元逐步回归分析。结果发现:自卑量表中个性自卑、学习自卑、交往自卑维度进入了回归方程,并且能够预测职业决策困难的36.2%;应对效能中自信程度、胜任力进入了回归方程,并且能够预测职业决策困难的13.4%。 5.为进一步探讨自卑、应对效能对职业决策困难的具体作用关系,以自卑、应对效能为自变量,职业决策困难为因变量,进行双因素方差分析。结果发现:自卑、应对效能对职业决策困难的影响存在显著的交互效应;再进一步做事后检验发现,简单效应显著;而且,在不同的自卑水平下,应对效能对职业决策困难的影响趋势有很大的变化;在不同应对效能水平下,自卑对职业决策困难的影响趋势变化不大。
[Abstract]:Based on the new model of career decision making difficulties proposed by Gati,Krausz and Osipow (2007), this study investigates the characteristics of career decision making difficulties of graduates combined with inferiority complex and coping efficiency, and probes into the relationship between career decision-making difficulties, inferiority complex and coping efficiency. A questionnaire survey was conducted on some college graduates in Wuhan, Hubei Province, using the scale of career Decision-making difficulties developed by Gati et al, the scale of Self-abasement of graduates compiled by Meng Jiahong, and the scale of coping efficiency compiled by Tong Huijie. The results show that: 1. On the whole, the score of career decision making difficulties of graduates is not high. In the three sub-tables, anxiety subscale, negative concept component table, self-identity component table are in order from high to low. 2.There were significant differences in school, major, sex, whether part-time or not, whether or not the graduates had received vocational guidance. 3. The scale of career decision difficulties measured by the scale had significant differences in school, major, gender, whether or not to do part-time work, whether or not they had received vocational guidance. 3. The results show that there is a significant correlation between them; 4. The results of regression analysis showed that coping efficacy had no intermediary effect on the influence of inferiority complex on career decision making difficulty; Furthermore, the factors of inferiority complex and coping efficacy were taken as independent variables, and the total score of career decision making difficulties was taken as dependent variable to carry out multivariate stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that the dimensions of personality inferiority complex, learning inferiority complex and communication inferiority complex entered the regression equation, and they could predict 36.2 difficult career decision making. Confidence and competence in coping efficacy entered regression equation and could predict 13.4difficult career decision making. 5. In order to further explore the specific relationship between inferiority complex and coping efficacy on career decision making difficulty, the analysis of variance of two factors was carried out with inferiority complex, coping efficiency as independent variable and career decision difficulty as dependent variable. The results showed that the self-abasement and coping efficacy had significant interaction effect on the difficulty of career decision making, and the simple effect was significant after further examination. Moreover, under different inferiority level, coping efficacy has great influence on career decision making difficulty, while under different coping efficiency level, the influence trend of inferiority complex on career decision making difficulty has little change.
