单亲家庭儿童抗逆力培养的小组工作介入研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国改革开放的深入,受各种文化的冲击,人们的思想观念越来越开放。在家庭领域,这一影响最明显的表现就是离婚率增加,并且逐年上升。家庭的解体导致单亲家庭儿童数量越来越多。由于家庭环境的变化以及家庭角色的缺失,单亲儿童出现了各种心理和行为问题,包括交往障碍以及自我认同困境等。所以,单亲家庭儿童抗逆力有待提升。我们在实习期间发现JZ社区单亲家庭儿童抗逆力有待提升。本文以JZ社区的“爱益夏”夏令营为依托,以提升单亲家庭儿童抗逆力为目的,开展以“加油明天”为主题的小组工作活动。笔者采用观察法、访谈法以及问卷调查法来了解单亲儿童的困境以及抗逆力现状,以优势视角和社会支持理论作为指导,运用小组工作方法开展活动以提升其抗逆力。小组主要分为初期、中期、后期三个阶段。具体而言就是在小组过程中教授单亲家庭儿童解决问题、目标订立以及情绪处理的技巧,协助其正确看待挫折,应对挫折,对未来充满希望,使其在小组过程中提升乐观感、效能感与归属感,最终达到提升抗逆力的目的。在小组工作结束之后对组员使用量表进行测量,并对其家长进行回访,进一步确认小组工作的效果。最后提出关于提升和培养单亲家庭儿童抗逆力的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of China's reform and opening up, people's ideas are more and more open to the impact of various cultures. In the family sphere, the most obvious sign of this effect is an increase in divorce rates, which rise year by year. The disintegration of the family has led to an increasing number of children in single-parent families. Due to the change of family environment and the lack of family role, single parent children have various psychological and behavioral problems, including communication disorder and self-identity dilemma. Therefore, the resistance of children in single-parent families needs to be improved. During our internship, we found that the resilience of single-parent family children in JZ community needs to be improved. Based on the "Love Yi-Xia" summer camp in JZ community, this paper aims to promote the resilience of children from single-parent families and carry out group work activities with the theme of "refueling tomorrow". The author uses observation, interview and questionnaire to understand the plight of single parent children and the present situation of resistance to adverse stress. Under the guidance of superiority perspective and social support theory, the author uses group work methods to carry out activities to enhance their resilience. The group is divided into three stages: initial, medium and late. Specifically, to teach single-parent children problem-solving, goal-setting and emotional management skills in groups, to help them see setbacks correctly, to cope with setbacks, to be hopeful about the future, and to promote optimism in the group process. Sense of efficacy and sense of belonging, ultimately achieve the purpose of enhancing resistance. At the end of the group work, the group members were measured and their parents were interviewed to confirm the effect of the group work. Finally, some suggestions on how to promote and develop the resistance of children in single-parent families are put forward.
