网络直播中的受众心理及其社会生成研究

【摘要】:网络直播作为一种新兴的社交生活方式,近年来逐渐受到社会各界的广泛关注。随着各类网络直播平台的不断发展扩大,其中不乏有直播吃饭、睡觉、闲聊等看似无内容、无意义的直播类型。人们为什么愿意花费时间与金钱参与到此类“泛娱乐”直播中,便成为值得思考的问题。本文采取访谈和观察的研究方法,通过访谈个案和观察网友留言的方式描述了网络直播的发展现状、主要类型和特点,并在此基础上分析网络直播受众心理的具体表现。研究发现,网络直播已成为一种新的生活方式,全民直播时代下网络直播具有参与门槛低、受众范围广、参与流动性强、内容多样化与低俗化、即时互动性强等特点。不同内容的泛娱乐类直播受众心理的表现略有不同,但总的来说,网络直播的受众心理主要有满足需要、追求刺激和集体狂欢三种表现。由于人本身的复杂性,每个个体所呈现出来的心理表现并不是某一种单一的心理特质,而通常是多种心理的复杂呈现。种种受众心理的表现均离不开社会发展的时代背景:人们的思维方式随着经济领域的率先变革而出现变化,多元文化及多元价值观念出现在人们的思维之中;消费主义文化的兴起在一定程度上促使了私密性事务商业化的发展,私人生活与公共领域的界限逐渐模糊;社会变迁带来的生活压力使得娱乐和狂欢成为人们生活的补充和润滑,而一味的否定和消解则使部分人被娱乐和狂欢所异化;追求效率所导致的快节奏的生活方式有其积极作用的同时也带来了一定的负面效应。
[Abstract]:As a new way of social life, webcast has been paid more and more attention in recent years. With the continuous development and expansion of various webcast platforms, there are some types of live broadcast, such as eating, sleeping, chatting and so on, which seem to have no content and no meaning. Why people are willing to spend time and money to participate in this kind of "pan-entertainment" broadcast, it is worth thinking about. This paper adopts the research method of interview and observation, describes the current situation, main types and characteristics of the development of live webcast by interviewing individual cases and observing netizens' messages, and then analyzes the concrete expression of the psychology of the audience of webcast. It is found that webcast has become a new way of life. In the age of live broadcast for all, it has the characteristics of low threshold of participation, wide range of audience, strong fluidity of participation, diversification and vulgarization of content, and strong interactivity in real time. The psychological performance of the audience with different content is slightly different, but generally speaking, the audience psychology of the network broadcast mainly has three kinds of performance: satisfying the need, pursuing the stimulation and collective carnival. Because of the complexity of human beings, the psychological performance of each individual is not a single psychological trait, but usually a complex representation of many kinds of psychology. The psychological performance of various audiences can not be separated from the background of social development: people's mode of thinking changes with the first change in the economic field, and multiculturalism and pluralistic values appear in people's thinking; To a certain extent, the rise of consumerism culture promotes the commercialization of private affairs, and the boundaries between private life and public sphere are blurred gradually. The pressure of life brought by social changes makes entertainment and carnival become the supplement and lubrication of people's life, while the constant negation and deconstruction make some people dissimilate by entertainment and carnival. The fast-paced life style caused by the pursuit of efficiency has its positive effect, but also brings some negative effects.
