从农民工到市民的角色转换探索

【摘要】：农民工市民化是解决我国农民工问题的根本出路,也是我国城市化发展的必然趋势。在农民工融入城市的过程中,农民工的角色和角色关系相比以前发生了非常直观的变化,而现有的研究中,从社会角色视角对农民工角色转换的研究却并不多见。农民工市民化问题最终主要靠制度来解决,然而,目前制度和政策在设计时通常缺乏角色分析的视角,关于农民工的政策中也缺乏对农民工角色转换的支持。本文将运用社会角色理论,阐述和分析农民工向市民的角色转换过程及其中存在的问题,为促进农民工市民化进程提供新的解释和思路。我国农民工是从农村居民向城镇居民转变的独特群体。在其社会角色的转换过程中,他们的职业角色发生了改变,但社会身份却因户籍而不能随之转变,导致了角色的冲突和角色失调。由于在现有的社会角色理论中难以找到能恰当描述这种状况的概念,根据研究的需要,笔者创新性地提出了职业角色和户籍角色的概念,并对其进行了初步的界定。笔者在充分运用数据和访谈资料的基础上,从微观入手、多维度地描述了农民工市民角色转换的过程与现状,并在对现状和问题的分析基础上,提出了促进农民工角色转换的思考途径,形成了对社会角色理论的几点创新性的反思,为以后的理论研究提供了来自实证的案例。全文共分为四章,第一章在对相关概念进行定义、对相关文献进行综述的基础上提出本研究的理论框架,说明研究资料的来源和研究方法。第二章描述农民工职业角色转换的现状及其户籍角色转换的意愿,发现并提出农民工在社会角色转换中出现的问题。第三章对影响农民工市民角色转换的四大因素进行理论探索和实证研究。第四章是总结和思考,提出促进农民工角色转换的思考途径,形成对社会角色理论的三点思索。
[Abstract]:The urbanization of migrant workers is the basic way to solve the problem of migrant workers in China, and the inevitable trend of urbanization in our country. In the process of migrant workers' integration into the city, the role and role relationship of migrant workers have changed intuitively compared with before, but in the existing research, the research on the role transformation of migrant workers from the perspective of social role is rare. However, the current system and policy design usually lack the perspective of role analysis, and the policy on migrant workers is also lack of support to the role transformation of migrant workers. Based on the theory of social role, this paper expounds and analyzes the process of changing the role of migrant workers to citizens and the existing problems, which provides a new explanation and train of thought for the process of promoting the urbanization of migrant workers. Migrant workers in China are a unique group changing from rural residents to urban residents. In the process of changing their social roles, their professional roles have changed, but the social identity can not be changed because of household registration, which leads to the conflict and disharmony of their roles. Because it is difficult to find the concept that can describe this kind of situation properly in the existing social role theory, according to the need of research, the author creatively puts forward the concept of professional role and household registration role, and makes a preliminary definition of it. Based on the full use of data and interview data, the author describes the process and current situation of the transition of the role of migrant workers from the micro perspective, and on the basis of the analysis of the status quo and problems, This paper puts forward the thinking ways to promote the transformation of the role of migrant workers, forms several innovative reflections on the theory of social role, and provides an empirical case for the future theoretical research. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter gives the theoretical framework of this study based on the definition of related concepts and literature review, explains the source of the research data and research methods. The second chapter describes the status quo of the transformation of the role of migrant workers and the willingness to change the role of household registration, and finds and puts forward the problems in the transformation of the role of migrant workers in the society. The third chapter makes theoretical exploration and empirical research on the four factors that affect the change of peasant workers' civic role. The fourth chapter is a summary and thinking, put forward the thinking ways to promote the role transformation of migrant workers, and form the social role theory of three thinking.
