家庭中的阶层并置与社会融合——对兄弟姐妹关系的个案分析

【摘要】：1950年至1980年出生的人可以称其为改革一代。改革一代兄弟姐妹之间出现阶层分化的情况较为普遍,因此他们的互动中可能存在潜在的矛盾和冲突,但兄弟姐妹之间的互助更为普遍。这种互助对施者有意义功能,对受者有资源功能,对社会有补充保障功能。更重要的是,兄弟姐妹间的阶层分化导致网络家庭中出现了阶层并置。促进阶层之间的交往,提高社会开放度,减少阶层矛盾与冲突,有利于社会的稳定与融合。在各个阶层的流动中,保护社会最底层的上升通道具有特别重要的意义,其在资源保障方面的杠杆放大效应,使其可能成为特别有效率的社会建设策略。
[Abstract]:Those born between 1950 and 1980 can be called the reformist generation. Class division between brothers and sisters of the reformed generation is more common, so there may be potential contradictions and conflicts in their interactions, but the mutual assistance between brothers and sisters is more common. This mutual aid has a meaningful function to the donor, a resource function to the recipient, and a supplementary safeguard function to the society. More importantly, the class division between brothers and sisters led to the emergence of a social class in the network of families. It is beneficial to social stability and integration to promote social interaction, improve social openness, reduce social conflicts and conflicts. It is of great significance to protect the ascendant channel at the bottom of the society in the flow of all social strata. Its leverage amplification effect in the aspect of resource guarantee makes it possible to become a particularly efficient strategy of social construction.
