低龄老人后职业发展论纲

【摘要】：低龄老人是一个庞大的社会群体,其职后生活千姿百态。从国家人力资源和职后低龄老人自身条件和需要出发,建构适切的社会支持体系,既是实践的需要,也有理论的价值。论纲从已有研究出发,思考研究方法,建设理论体系,唤起研究热情。
[Abstract]:Young people are a huge social group, and their life after service is varied. It is not only the need of practice but also the value of theory to construct an appropriate social support system from the point of view of national human resources and the conditions and needs of the young old people. The outline starts from the existing research, thinks the research method, constructs the theory system, arouses the research enthusiasm.
