城镇居民城市融入过程中的科技支持因素分析

【摘要】：我国新型城镇化的健康发展将新城镇居民的城市融入问题提上了议事日程。在新城镇居民融入城市的过程中,科技发挥了重要的支持作用,主要包括知识与信息支持、职业技能支持、科技产品支持、科技设施支持等。同时,科技作用于新城镇居民的城市融入经历了一个"物化""社会化"和"身份化"的过程。实证分析发现,当前新城镇居民在科技利用方面的情况不容乐观,尤其在技能培训、电脑网络使用以及科技设施利用方面存在较大不足。因此,要重视和发挥科技对人的城镇化的支持与引领作用,将新城镇居民的科技需求纳入公共服务体系,深入推进户籍制度改革,从而加速人的城镇化和新城镇居民的城市融入。
[Abstract]:The healthy development of new urbanization in China has put the urban integration of new urban residents on the agenda. In the process of new town residents' integration into the city, science and technology has played an important supporting role, including knowledge and information support, vocational skills support, science and technology product support, science and technology facilities support and so on. At the same time, the integration of science and technology into the city has gone through a process of materialization, socialization and identity. The empirical analysis shows that the current situation of new urban residents in the use of science and technology is not optimistic, especially in skills training, computer network use and the use of scientific and technological facilities. Therefore, we should attach importance to and give full play to the role of science and technology in supporting and guiding the urbanization of people, incorporate the scientific and technological needs of new urban residents into the public service system, and further promote the reform of the household registration system. Thus accelerating the urbanization of people and the urban integration of new urban residents.
