亲子关系对青少年网瘾的影响剖析与游戏治疗策略设计

【摘要】:据《中国青少年网瘾调查报告》和《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》数据显示,近几年我国青少年网络成瘾的比例持续上升。纵观网瘾干预和治疗现状,我们发现,网瘾治疗的成效并不容乐观,甚至还滋生出不法分子借机以网瘾治疗为幌子骗取家长钱财。在如此严峻的形势下,却尚未出台行之有效的网瘾治疗方案,究其根本原因是对青少年网络成瘾的发生机制研究不够彻底深入,因而无法对症下药。通过查阅国内外相关文献资料发现,诸多学者提出,青少年网络成瘾的成因通常有个体因素、家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素,其中家庭因素被认为是首要重点因素。 基于上述背景,本研究选取家庭因素中的亲子关系作为切入点,对其与青少年网络成瘾的相关性进行测验,进而对青少年网瘾的形成机制进行深入剖析。旨在为后续提出青少年网瘾治疗的可行策略及策略设计做依据和铺垫。 本研究首先对亲子关系与青少年网络成瘾的相关性进行了实证调研,通过分析调研所得数据,得到如下结论:亲子关系与青少年网络成瘾具有相关性;亲子关系不良好程度与青少年网络沉溺程度存在正相关,即亲子关系品质越不良好,青少年网络成瘾倾向越严重,反之亦然。 在相关性得以确定后,笔者进一步通过个案叙事研究的方法对亲子关系对青少年网络成瘾的影响因子进行挖掘,深入剖析亲子关系之所以影响青少年网瘾发生的内在因子,探究并得出“不良亲子关系下青少年网络成瘾发生机制”。 综上调研,我们认为亲子关系与青少年网络成瘾具有相关性,因此可以从亲子关系的改良入手去治疗青少年网瘾问题。通过分析西方亲子游戏疗法并借鉴教育游戏的作用价值,提出了基于亲子游戏疗法的青少年网瘾治疗策略——面向青少年网瘾治疗的亲子教育游戏。该治疗理念要求遵循亲子游戏治疗的原理并综合考虑亲子关系对青少年网瘾的影响因子来设计亲子教育游戏的游戏单元和任务。亲子游戏治疗的特点是经过培训的家长代替治疗师的角色,我们所设计的面向青少年网瘾治疗的亲子教育游戏是家长与孩子双方互动的游戏,家长表面上是孩子的游戏玩伴,实则为引导孩子脱离网瘾的治疗师。 最后,笔者就面向青少年网瘾治疗的亲子教育游戏的设计原则进行了说明,并对关键元素进行了初步设计。受时间所限,具体的游戏模块包括场景、角色、故事情节、对话等设计以及实例开发工作将在本研究所依托的课题《改善亲子关系对防治儿童网瘾策略研究》中继续开展。
[Abstract]:According to the data of the Survey report on Adolescent Internet Addiction in China and the Statistical report on the Development of Internet in China, the proportion of internet addiction among teenagers in China has been increasing in recent years. Looking at the current situation of Internet addiction intervention and treatment, we find that the effectiveness of Internet addiction treatment is not optimistic, and even the illegal elements take advantage of the Internet addiction treatment as a cover to defraud parents of money. In such a severe situation, there has not been an effective treatment scheme for Internet addiction. The fundamental reason is that the research on the mechanism of internet addiction among teenagers is not thorough enough, so it can not give the right remedy to the case. By consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, many scholars have pointed out that the causes of internet addiction among teenagers are usually individual factors, family factors, school factors and social factors, among which family factors are regarded as the most important factors. Based on the above background, this study selects the parent-child relationship among family factors as the starting point, tests its correlation with adolescent Internet addiction, and further analyzes the formation mechanism of adolescent Internet addiction. The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis and basis for the design of feasible strategies and strategies for the treatment of adolescent internet addiction. In this study, the relationship between parent-child relationship and adolescent Internet addiction is investigated empirically. By analyzing the data obtained from the investigation, the following conclusions are drawn: the relationship between parent-child relationship and adolescent Internet addiction is related; There is a positive correlation between the bad degree of parent-child relationship and the degree of internet addiction, that is, the worse the quality of parent-child relationship is, the more serious the tendency of internet addiction is, and vice versa. After the correlation is determined, the author further excavates the influence factors of parent-child relationship on teenagers' Internet addiction through the method of case narration, and deeply analyzes the internal factors that parent-child relationship affects the occurrence of teenagers' Internet addiction. This paper explores and concludes the mechanism of adolescent internet addiction under the bad parent-child relationship. In summary, we think that parent-child relationship is related to adolescent Internet addiction, so we can start with the improvement of parent-child relationship to treat the problem of adolescent Internet addiction. Based on the analysis of parent-child game therapy in western countries and the value of educational game, the paper puts forward the strategy of adolescent internet addiction therapy based on parent-child game therapy, which is a parent-child education game for adolescents. The idea of treatment requires following the principle of parent-child game therapy and synthetically considering the influence factors of parent-child relationship on adolescent Internet addiction to design the game unit and task of parent-child education game. The characteristic of parent-child game therapy is that trained parents take the role of therapists. The parent-child education game designed by us for the treatment of teenagers' Internet addiction is a game in which parents interact with their children, and parents, on the surface, are children's playmates. Actually, it is the therapist who guides the child out of the internet addiction. Finally, the author explains the design principles of parent-child education game for the treatment of adolescent internet addiction, and designs the key elements. Due to time constraints, specific game modules including scene, role, storyline, dialogue design and case development will continue to be carried out in the project "improving parent-child relationship for prevention and treatment of children's Internet addiction", which is based on the research project "improving parent-child relationship".
