社会科学普及——社会管理创新的奠基工程

【摘要】：社会管理创新需要社会科学理论的有力支撑,社会科学普及是社会管理创新的内在需求。然而原有社会管理体制的问题,在很大程度上折射出从官员到民众社会科学素养的缺陷,成为社会管理创新的隐性障碍。在社会管理创新中社会科学普及的作用是:引领改革方向,促进观念转变;引导信息传播,培育理性公民;搭建学习平台,推动自我教育;依托社会组织,提升专业水平。
[Abstract]:Social management innovation needs the strong support of social science theory, social science popularization is the inherent demand of social management innovation. However, the problems of the original social management system, to a large extent, reflect the defects of the social science literacy from officials to the public, and become a hidden obstacle to the innovation of social management. The role of social science popularization in social management innovation is to lead the direction of reform and promote the change of ideas; to guide the dissemination of information and cultivate rational citizens; to build a learning platform to promote self-education; to rely on social organizations to enhance the professional level.
