合力赋权:社会组织动员参与有效性的一个解释框架——以NZ康复服务项目为例

【摘要】：对NZ康复服务项目的案例研究发现,社会组织对受益人的赋权不仅涉及到个体、组织、制度等不同层面,而且受到政府、项目依托单位、资助人等利益相关主体的影响。从多元主体和利益相关者理论出发,提出了"合力赋权"的观点,阐述了各行动主体的赋权动力和实现机制,将赋权分为社会组织对受益人的赋权、利益相关者对社会组织的赋权两部分,对赋权参与的实践经验进行探讨和评价,最后,就社会组织如何提升赋权和参与有效性提出了针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:The case study of NZ rehabilitation service project found that the empowerment of beneficiaries by social organizations not only involves individuals, organizations, institutions and other different levels, but also affected by the government, project supporting units, donors and other stakeholders. Based on the theory of multiple subjects and stakeholders, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of "empowerment by force", expounds the power and realization mechanism of each action body, and divides empowerment into the empowerment of beneficiaries by social organizations. The stakeholders' empowerment of social organizations is discussed and evaluated. Finally, some suggestions on how to enhance the effectiveness of empowerment and participation of social organizations are put forward.
