网络舆情分析及治理的研究进展

【摘要】：[目的/意义]对国内外网络舆情相关研究进展进行梳理回顾,并在此基础上对网络舆情分析与治理研究的未来工作重点做出展望。[方法/过程]从网络舆情的内容、运动特征、信息受众3个方面以及微观、中观、宏观3个维度分别阐述了网络舆情分析与治理研究所取得的前沿成果,并剖析目前研究存在的若干瑕疵。[结果/结论]引入网络舆情场理论能对日益苛刻的网络舆情分析与治理的研究与实践需要做出积极回应。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] this paper reviews the research progress of network public opinion at home and abroad, and looks forward to the future work of network public opinion analysis and governance. [methods / process] from three aspects of content, movement characteristics, information audience and micro, meso and macro dimensions of network public opinion, the paper expounds the frontier achievements of network public opinion analysis and governance research, respectively. And analyzes the present research existence several flaw. [results / conclusion] introducing the theory of network public opinion field can make a positive response to the increasingly demanding research and practice of network public opinion analysis and governance.
