调解类电视情感谈话节目的社会工作介入

【摘要】：近年来，随着大众传媒的迅速发展，电视访谈节目以其语言的趣味性、话题的吸引性、谈话的深刻性和对观众产生的思考性等特点赢得了广大观众的喜爱，调解类电视情感谈话节目在全国的电视节目中也掀起了一阵收视高潮。调解类电视情感谈话节目是在我国进入社会转型期的背景下应运而产生并且快速发展起来的，它以贴近百姓生活的家长里短为节目内容，给收看人群展现矛盾的起因、调解过程和最终结果，满足了人们在社会转型期对于情感困惑的倾诉，帮助人们解决日常遇到的情感问题。但是在此类节目火爆的收视率的背后却也存在许多的不合理和亟待解决的问题。 本研究在分析此类节目收视火爆的原因时，从社会工作专业知识和社会工作价值观的视角出发，发现节目中存在的一些问题和不足，并寻找解决的思路，旨在为调解类电视情感谈话节目能更好的服务案主，在社会中传播更大的正能量起到促进作用，并将社会工作专业中精华的、有价值的专业知识技能应用到此类访谈节目中，试图为社会工作专业被更多人了解，让社会工作更好地服务于人们的日常生活服务提供现实基础。 本文的主要内容包括： 首先，在研究背景部分，通过相关的概念界定，介绍了调解类电视情感谈话节目的发展现状以及此类节目出现的社会背景，了解调解类电视情感谈话节目的特点。 其次，在文章的核心部分，以家庭社会工作的视角分析调解类电视情感谈话节目存在的关于社会工作伦理价值观方面的以及在调解过程中存在的专业方法方面的缺陷，从社会工作专业方向出发，对此类节目的调解过程提出改进的建议，，形成节目健康发展和宣传社会工作理念的双赢局面。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of mass media, TV talk shows have won the love of the general audience for their interesting language, attractive topic, deep conversation and thinking to the audience. Mediation TV emotional talk show in the national television programs also set off a wave of viewing climax. The mediating TV emotional talk show was produced and developed rapidly under the background of our country entering the social transition period. It takes the short and long family close to the people's life as the program content to show the cause of the contradiction to the audience. The mediation process and the final result satisfy the people's emotional puzzles in the social transition period, and help people solve the emotional problems they encounter in the daily life. However, behind the popular ratings of such programs, there are many unreasonable and urgent problems to be solved. This study analyzes the reasons for the popularity of this kind of programs, from the perspective of social work professional knowledge and social work values, finds some problems and deficiencies in the program, and looks for solutions. The aim is to serve the victims better by mediating TV emotional talk shows, to spread greater positive energy in society and to apply the best and valuable professional knowledge and skills of the social work profession to such talk shows. This paper tries to provide a realistic foundation for the social work specialty to be understood by more people and to make the social work serve people's daily life better. The main contents of this paper include: first, in the research background part, through the related concept definition, introduced the mediation kind of television emotion talk show development present situation and the social background which this kind of program appeared. Understand the characteristics of mediating TV talk shows. Secondly, in the core part of the article, from the perspective of family social work, this paper analyzes the defects in the ethical values of social work and the professional methods in the mediation process. Based on the professional direction of social work, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the mediation process of this kind of programs, so as to form a win-win situation for the healthy development of programs and the promotion of the concept of social work.
