【摘要】：正尖山下村位于浙江萧山南部,是一个远离城市的小山村。1995-1997年我在这个山村断断续续做了田野工作,观察在这里发生的乡村工业化及其相应组织变迁。当时,我惊奇地发现:尖山下村利用了仅有的、偶然得到的资金和多年积累的村级集体组织框架,大胆兴办乡村工业,以乡镇企业的身份在市场上挤开缝隙,努力改变村民的生产生活和村庄面貌;在组织方式上按自己对城市生活、城里人幸福生活的理解,把单位定位为共同
[Abstract]:Zhengjianshanxia Village, located in the southern part of Xiaoshan Mountain, Zhejiang Province, is a small mountain village far away from the city. From 1995 to 1997, I did field work intermittently in this village to observe the industrialization of the countryside and its corresponding organizational changes. At that time, I was surprised to find: the village of Jianshanxia took advantage of the only and occasional funds and the framework of village-level collective organizations accumulated over the years, boldly set up the rural industry, and squeezed the gap in the market as a township enterprise.
