社科联组织保持和增强“四性”的再思考

【摘要】：实践证明,社科联组织是服务党和政府科学民主决策、服务广大社科工作者的十分必要且充分有效的组织形式。当前,党和国家高度重视群团工作,从中国特色社会主义事业长远发展的全局高度,赋予党的群团工作明确定位并提出总体要求,为繁荣发展哲学社会科学事业、做好社科联工作提供了良好的历史契机。在全面深化改革的伟大实践中,作为群团组织的重要一员,社科联组织亟须深刻认识做好自身工作的特殊重要性和现实紧迫性,以习近平总书记的重要讲话精神为指导,通过切实保持和增强政治性、先进性、群众性和服务性,发挥社科联的独特价值,做好新形势下社科联工作。
[Abstract]:It has been proved by practice that ISU is a necessary and fully effective organizational form to serve the scientific and democratic decision-making of the Party and the government, and to serve the vast number of social science workers. At present, the Party and the state attach great importance to the work of mass groups, from the overall height of the long-term development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, give the Party's work of mass groups a clear orientation and put forward general requirements, so as to develop the cause of philosophy and social science for prosperity. To do a good job in the work of the Union of Social Sciences provides a good historical opportunity. In the great practice of deepening reform in an all-round way, as an important member of the mass organizations, it is imperative that the ISU organizations have a profound understanding of the special importance and realistic urgency of doing a good job in their own work, and guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech. Through the maintenance and enhancement of the political, advanced, mass and service nature, giving play to the unique value of the Union of Social Science and Science, and doing a good job in the work of the Union of Social Sciences under the new situation.
