文化心理学视角下中国人的和谐与幸福

【摘要】：当前心理学研究的理论和方法主要源于西方文化,但人类对幸福的追求是共通的,中华文化可以提供丰富的资源。从中国文化心理学的视角来看,人们的幸福主要取决于在个人、他人、家庭和天下三个层次和谐与否。在个人层次,心理学展开了时间和空间两个维度的研究,"美美与共"当可作为己心关系的和谐之道;在他人层次,中国人通过深层的心理特质传承着传统文化的资源,从而更容易获得幸福的真谛;在天下层次,中国人当有主流文化的自信,以中国文化心理学造福天下。这三个层次实现和谐和幸福的问题应当被作为有机联系的整体,而家文化则是中国人很具代表性的本土资源,将自己、他人与天下联系起来,有益于全人类心理资本的建设。
[Abstract]:At present, the theories and methods of psychological research mainly originate from western culture, but the pursuit of happiness is common, and Chinese culture can provide abundant resources. From the perspective of Chinese cultural psychology, people's happiness mainly depends on the harmony of individual, others, family and the world. At the individual level, psychology has carried out the research on the two dimensions of time and space. "Beauty and sharing" can be regarded as the harmonious way of the relationship between one's heart and heart; At the level of others, Chinese people inherit the resources of traditional culture through their deep psychological characteristics, thus it is easier to obtain the true meaning of happiness; at the level of the world, Chinese people should have the confidence of mainstream culture and benefit the world with Chinese cultural psychology. The problem of achieving harmony and happiness in these three levels should be regarded as the whole of organic connection, and family culture is a representative native resource of the Chinese people. Linking themselves, others and the world is beneficial to the construction of the psychological capital of all mankind.
