社会工作专业人才流失现象分阶段分析及对策探讨

【摘要】:人才流失是妨碍我国社会工作发展的重要原因之一,如何防止社会工作人才流失是一个严重的社会问题。本文重点研究了社会工作的人才流失问题,将社工人才流失现象尝试性的进行分阶段的纵向划分,引入相关理论加以分析。从我国社会工作的发展现状入手,有针对性的对部分社会工作专业的在校学生以及从事该类工作的相关人员进行了调查访问,结果发现社会工作人才流失的状况着实令人担忧。随着现代社会的发展和专业分工的细化,社会工作的岗位设置越来越多,对专业社工人才的需求也越来越大,但是现状却不容乐观,许多需要专业社会工作人员来完成的工作实际上仍在由非专业人士在旧体制的模式下从事相应的服务,而专业社工学生在就业时却选择了其他行业,这使得社会工作岗位难以有新鲜血液注入,专业人员的融入与配置也跟不上行业发展的步伐。这种尴尬情况,反映了社工学生在就业选择上的问题和社会工作行业人才流失方面的问题。本文则从阶段性的角度,尝试性的将人才流失划分为社会工作学生首次择业造成的流失和进入该行业而又转业造成的人才流失,通过调查访谈,了解相关原因,从两个阶段对问题提出相应的对策,以期改善和缓解社会工作领域的人才流失问题。
[Abstract]:Brain drain is one of the important reasons hindering the development of social work in our country. How to prevent the brain drain from social work is a serious social problem. This paper focuses on the problem of brain drain in social work, tries to divide the phenomenon of brain drain in stages, and introduces the relevant theories to analyze it. Based on the development of social work in our country, this paper makes an investigation and interview on some of the students majoring in social work and the relevant personnel engaged in this kind of work. The results show that the situation of brain drain in social work is really worrisome. With the development of modern society and the refinement of professional division of labor, there are more and more posts in social work, and the demand for professional social workers is also increasing, but the present situation is not optimistic. Many of the tasks that need to be done by professional social workers are actually still being served by non-professionals under the old system, while professional social workers choose other professions when they are employed. This makes social jobs difficult to have fresh blood injection, the integration and configuration of professionals can not keep pace with the pace of industry development. This awkward situation reflects the problems of social workers' choice of employment and brain drain in social work. This article attempts to divide the brain drain into the loss caused by the first job selection of social work students and the brain drain caused by entering the profession while changing jobs from the perspective of stages. Through the investigation and interview, we can find out the relevant reasons. In order to improve and alleviate the brain drain in the field of social work, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from two stages.
