露天贸易市场流动商贩经营行为对消费者购物意向的影响

【摘要】:露天流动商贩经营有着自身的特定性与特殊性,可谓利弊参半、优缺点共存。由于露天流动商贩与普通百姓的消费关系密切,他们既是消费者关注的焦点群体,也是投诉的热点群体,更是社会管理的重点难点群体,其经营行为对百姓产生重大影响,并直接决定消费者购物意向。研究流动商贩经营内容与行为特征有利于消费市场的规范与管理,并对促进消费者健康消费、推动社会经济发展产生积极作用。
[Abstract]:Open-air mobile vendors have their own specificity and particularity, can be described as mixed advantages and disadvantages, advantages and disadvantages co-exist. Because of the close relationship between open-air mobile vendors and ordinary people's consumption, they are not only the focus group of consumer concern, but also the hot group of complaints, and also the key and difficult groups of social management, and their management behavior has a great impact on the common people. And direct decision consumer shopping intention. The research on the content and behavior characteristics of mobile vendors is beneficial to the regulation and management of the consumer market, and has a positive effect on promoting the healthy consumption of consumers and promoting the development of social economy.
