社会工作证据为本的实践:演进脉络与发展趋向

【摘要】：证据为本的实践是西方社会工作实务领域发展的重点。目前,证据为本的实践几近覆盖了西方社会工作实务发展的各个层面,在微观、中观、宏观等三个层次体现出证据实例。本文在梳理西方证据为本的实践发展脉络的基础上,比较国内社会工作证据为本的实践,发现我国证据为本的实践在科学依据、高级别证据、标准化量表、人群与领域拓展等方面有提高空间。同时,本文提出发展社会工作证据为本的实践需要关注科学性、专业性和伦理性。
[Abstract]:Evidence-based practice is the focus of the development of social work practice in the West. At present, the evidence-based practice almost covers all aspects of the development of social work practice in the West, and embodies evidence examples at the micro, meso and macro levels. On the basis of combing the development of western evidence-oriented practice, this paper compares the domestic social work evidence-oriented practice, and finds that the evidence-based practice in our country has room for improvement in scientific basis, high-level evidence, standardized scale, population and domain expansion and so on. At the same time, this paper puts forward that the development of social work evidence-based practice needs to pay attention to scientific, professional and ethical.
