[Abstract]:During his inspection in Shaanxi, General Secretary Xi Jinping, based on the overall situation and taking a long-term view, made a scientific orientation of catching up and surpassing Shaanxi's work, and put forward the clear requirements of "five solid", which pointed out the way forward for the development of our province and provided fundamental follow.
