文化维度视角下中西方家庭观差异研究—对“家庭三部曲”的个案研究

【摘要】：自上世纪以来,全球化已经成为整个世界发展的基本趋势。随着全球化的日益推进,跨文化交际变得越来越习以为常。但是当交际的双方来自不同的文化背景时,误解就经常发生。如果不恰当的处理这些误解,就有可能会导致冲突甚至是战争。因此,在进行跨文化交际之前对彼此文化和风俗的了解就变得十分有必要。想要更好地了解对方的文化,就要从其日常生活中去发现彼此之间的文化差异。家庭是社会组织中最基本的社会单位,这使得家庭观在跨文化交际中的地位和重要性得以凸显。吉尔特·霍夫斯泰德不仅是管理方面的专家,同时也是跨文化交际方面有名的学者。他是为数不多的首先将文化差异因素引入到管理方面的人力资源专家。同时,在跨文化领域,霍夫斯泰德也因为他的文化维度理论而著名。吉尔特·霍夫斯泰德在上世纪60年代初次提出文化维度理论。他的文化维度理论包含五个方面的维度,分别是：个人主义／集体主义,权力距离,不确定性规避,男性化与女性化维度以及长期导向与短期导向。霍夫斯泰德和他的文化维度理论不仅对于管理学做出了突出贡献,同时对跨文化交际也有着开创性的意义。因为文化维度理论给人们提供了一种新的方法描述和解释文化差异。本文旨在于通过对李安的“家庭三部曲”进行个案研究,从文化维度的视角对于中西方的家庭观差异进行探究与分析。借此希望本文能够为分析中西方家庭观差异开辟出新的路径并且能够促进中西方跨文化交际的成功。
