【摘要】：正20世纪以来的中国国家建设,是一个现代性不断增强的过程。中国广土众民的现实国情,决定了中国是一个具有"边疆"形态的国家,其表现之一就是现代边疆聚居着为数众多的少数民族;同时,现代国家需要一个均质化的疆域结构,以便国家力量能够下沉到基层,有效维护主权,因为边疆安全就是国家安全。以民族与边疆为主题的国家安全,是现代国家建设中的核心问题之一。由于民族史与边疆史的书写背后都有来自西方"现代性"的根源与观念,因此,二者在历史建构与书写中隐隐存在着某种张力,费孝通先生提出的"中华民族多元一体格局"理论,体现了以中国历史国情结合"现代性"特
[Abstract]:The construction of China's state since the 20th century is a process of increasing modernity. The reality of China's vast territory and people determines that China is a country with a "frontier" shape. One of its manifestations is that the modern frontier is inhabited by a large number of ethnic minorities; at the same time, the modern state needs a homogeneous territorial structure so that national power can sink to the grass-roots level and effectively safeguard sovereignty. Because border security is national security. National security with the theme of nationality and frontier is one of the core problems in the construction of modern country. Because behind the writing of national history and frontier history, there are the roots and concepts of "modernity" in the West. Therefore, there is some tension between them in the historical construction and writing. The theory of "the pluralistic and integral structure of the Chinese nation" put forward by Mr. Fei Xiaotong reflects the combination of "modernity" with Chinese historical conditions.
