【摘要】：2012年中泰两国建立了全面战略合作伙伴关系,2015年是中泰两国建交40周年,中泰两国建交以来不断加强政治互信、经贸合作及文化交流。被誉为“革命之母”和“中国发展独特机遇”的泰国华侨华人在中泰友好往来中做出了重要贡献。对于非国家行为体——泰国华侨华人在中泰关系建构中作用及表现的梳理将有助于我们更好地推动华侨华人在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中桥梁作用的发挥。近年来随着美国重返亚太战略的推进,中泰关系也面临诸多挑战,有关泰国华侨华人与中泰关系的研究日趋重要。本文在历史学研究的基础上从国际关系学和建构主义的视角研究1975年以后泰国华侨华人和中泰关系的互构过程及表现。泰国华侨华人与中泰关系的互构主要表现在政治、经济及文教领域。通过对泰国华侨华人和中泰关系的互动研究发现泰国华侨华人作为重要的非国家行为体在两国关系的建构中作用突出,尤其是在两国民间关系的建构中常常起着官方途径达不到的效果。当然,其作用的发挥亦受制于两国关系的发展变化,两国关系友好时,其促进作用突出,两国关系恶化时,其作用有限,甚至会因此遭遇所在国的排挤。在泰国华侨华人与中泰关系的互构过程中,泰国华侨华人发挥了经济引领、政治沟通作用,更是华文教育的主要推动力量;而中泰关系的变化不仅促进华人社会问题的解决,同时也促进了华人社会的发展。当然,两者之间关系的互构亦受到来自泰国华人自身发展变化、国家因素及国际关系格局的影响。
