【摘要】：在东北亚地区,虽然多边关系进展缓慢,但是双边关系往来密切,俄蒙关系就是东北亚地区双边关系中重要的一环。俄蒙关系主要经历了苏联时期与俄罗斯时期,苏联时期蒙古作为苏联的“第十六个加盟共和国”,双边关系往来密切,蒙古唯苏联马首是瞻,冷战之后,俄罗斯与蒙古的关系经历了一个十年的徘徊期之后,在21世纪迎来了飞速发展,2009年经过两国政府的协商把俄蒙关系定义为“战略伙伴关系”,双方的关系达到了一个新的高度,双方在政治、经济、人文、军事等方面展开了广泛的合作与交流。俄蒙两国从本国的国家利益出发,积极的加强双边关系,以维护本国的国家战略安全,顺利的实施两国的对外政策,同时加强双边经贸等领域的合作,不断推动两国经济向前发展,以求提升两国的综合国力,扩大在东北亚地区乃至世界上的影响力。俄蒙两国双边关系的加强对于东北亚地区各国的发展有着重要的影响,尤其是在推动东北亚地区互信与安全机制的建立方面有着重要的借鉴意义。中国作为俄蒙两国的邻国,应更积极关注俄蒙两国双边关系的发展动态,加强同这两个国家双边及多边合作,尤其是参与到两国的能源资源的开发之中去,在推动本国经济持续健康发展的同时,共同建设和平、稳定和繁荣的东北亚。
[Abstract]:The relations between Russia and Mongolia have witnessed rapid development in the 21st century . After the Cold War , the relations between Russia and Mongolia have reached a new height after the Cold War , and the two sides have developed extensive cooperation and communication in politics , economy , humanities and military affairs . Russia and Mongolia , starting from their own national interests , have actively strengthened their bilateral relations in order to safeguard their national strategic security and smoothly implement the foreign policies of the two countries . At the same time , bilateral economic and trade cooperation is being strengthened . The strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries has an important impact on the development of the countries in Northeast Asia , especially in promoting the establishment of mutual trust and security mechanisms in Northeast Asia . China , as a neighbor of Russia and Mongolia , should pay more attention to the development of bilateral relations between the two countries and strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation with the two countries , especially in the development of the energy resources of the two countries , and to jointly build the peace , stability and prosperity of Northeast Asia while promoting the sustained and healthy development of their economies .
