中国参与国际人权机制的话语实践与文化安全

【摘要】：在中国参与国际机制的过程中,寻求文化安全是重要的动力来源之一,特别是在参与社会文化领域国际机制的互动中,中国的文化安全诉求表现尤为明显。文化安全诉求主要通过话语实践、遵约实践和创新实践来表达,其中话语实践是最根本的表达方式。以新中国参与国际人权机制的互动为例,话语实践经历了从否定到肯定,从活跃到稳定的发展变化,这个过程其实就是新中国成立以来通过参与国际机制寻求文化安全的目标实现过程。话语实践的变化与文化安全水平的提升密切相关。对参与国际体系实践的关注不仅拓展了文化安全研究的视角,也有助于中国特色大国外交战略的系统实现。
[Abstract]:In the process of China's participation in international mechanisms, seeking cultural security is one of the important driving forces, especially in the interaction of international mechanisms in the field of social culture. China's cultural security demands are particularly evident. Cultural security demands are mainly expressed through discourse practice, compliance practice and innovative practice. Discourse practice is the most fundamental way of expression. Taking the interaction of New China's participation in international human rights mechanism as an example, discourse practice has experienced from negative to positive, from active to stable development. This process is actually the process of achieving the goal of seeking cultural security through participation in international mechanisms since the founding of New China. The change of discourse practice is closely related to the improvement of the level of cultural security, and is closely related to the practice of participating in the international system. Note not only expands the perspective of cultural security research. It also contributes to the systematic realization of the diplomatic strategy of the great powers with Chinese characteristics.
