【摘要】：进入信息时代后,新媒体迅速发展,改变了传播方式,也改变了社会交往和生活方式。中东巨变中“推特”所起的助推作用,说明了新媒体对国际政治的影响。中美作为世界上两个大国,在交往过程中既受到新媒体的冲击,也都尝试着利用新媒体推进外交工作,维护国家利益。本文首次就中美的新媒体外交进行比较研究,以详实的案例对美国新媒体外交给予深入解读,对中美在新媒体领域的交锋进行剖析,提出了中国利用新媒体发展中美关系的具体思路和建议。论文包括导言和五章内容。导言论述了课题研究的缘起、背景和研究意义；并在新媒体的发展、媒体对外交的影响、以及新媒体在美国外交所起的作用等方面,对国内外学者的论述进行了梳理和评述；还简要介绍了论文的研究思路、框架内容和研究方法。第一章,新媒体对中美关系的影响与冲击。该部分首先回顾了中美关系史中媒体所扮演的角色与功能,分析了不同历史时期中国如何利用媒体发展中美关系。这里有国共两党如何争取美国媒体的支持,有老一代领导人善用媒体开展对美斗争,也有改革开放后中美媒体的交流和互动。然后,阐述了新媒体、新的传播方式给世界格局带来的影响,分析了中美关系在这个大变局中所受到的冲击。第二章,美国对中国新媒体外交的策略及其运用。该部分重点论述了了美国新媒体外交的发展策略、路径和特点,并以案例分析的形式对美国在中国的新媒体外交实践进行了深入探讨。第三章,中国对美国新媒体外交的策略及其运用。该部分着重分析了中国新媒体外交的现状,指出新媒体外交领域中国和美国的差距和存在的斗争,并以谷歌撤出中国为例进行了案例分析。第四章,中美新媒体外交的比较。该部分主要从中美新媒体的发展路径和管理理念两个层面,对中美新媒体外交的实践进行了比较,从中发现差异,寻找问题。第五章,中国对美新媒体外交的建议和对策。该部分主要分析了中国新媒体管理策略的得失,分析了中美在新媒体外交领域的差距,并对中国如何利用新媒体推动外交工作、发展中美关系,提出了相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:After entering the information age, the new media has developed rapidly, changed the way of communication, and changed the way of social interaction and lifestyle. The role of twitter in the great changes in the Middle East illustrates the impact of new media on international politics.

The paper includes introduction and five chapters.
The introduction discusses the origin of this research, research background and significance; and the development of new media, media influence on diplomacy, and new media in the U.S. diplomatic role, at home and abroad was reviewed and discussed; also introduces the research content and research framework. The first chapter, the new media impact on Sino US relations and the impact. The third chapter is the strategy and application of China's New Media Diplomacy to the US. This part mainly analyzes the current situation of China's new media diplomacy, and points out the gap between China and the US in the field of New Media Diplomacy and the existing struggle, and takes Google's withdrawal from China as an example to analyze the case.
The fourth chapter is the comparison of the New Media Diplomacy between China and the US. This part compares the practice of New Media Diplomacy between China and the United States from the two aspects of the development path and management concept of the new media in China and the United States.
The fifth chapter, Chinese of Media Diplomacy MEMSIC suggestions and countermeasures. This part mainly analyzes the management strategy of the new media China gains and losses, analyzed the gap between China and America in the new media diplomacy, and promote diplomatic work on how to use new media China, the development of Sino US relations, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
