从冷战后北约战略概念的演变看美欧关系变化

【摘要】：北大西洋公约组织（简称北约）是冷战初期在美国主导下由西方国家建立起来的跨大西洋军事政治联盟，也是维系北美和欧洲之间关系近六十年的主要组织。冷战时期，美国利用北约来遏制苏联、防止共产主义威胁，同时通过北约来控制其西欧盟国。经过四十多年的对抗，，苏联的最终解体宣告了冷战结束，理应随之消失的北约组织却出人意料地继续生存下来，并通过不断调整其战略概念逐渐地适应了冷战后的国际环境，继续发挥其维系北美和欧洲关系的纽带作用。然而国际政局变幻莫测，美欧盟友关系在冷战后出现了裂痕，并在北约历次战略概念调整的过程中表现出它们之间矛盾重重的一面。文章拟从北约战略概念演变的视角分析冷战后美欧关系的变化，并对北约的未来稍作展望。
[Abstract]:The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a transatlantic military and political alliance established by Western countries under the leadership of the United States in the early years of the Cold War. During the Cold War, the United States used NATO to contain the Soviet Union and prevent the threat of communism. After more than 40 years of confrontation, the final disintegration of the Soviet Union declared the end of the Cold War, and NATO, which should have disappeared, unexpectedly continued to survive. By constantly adjusting its strategic concept, it gradually adapts to the international environment after the Cold War, and continues to play its role as a link between North America and Europe. However, the international political situation is unpredictable. The US-European alliance split after the Cold War. In the process of the adjustment of NATO's strategic concept, there are many contradictions between them. This paper intends to analyze the changes of US-Europe relations after the Cold War from the perspective of the evolution of NATO's strategic concept. And the future of NATO to make a little outlook.
