“命运共同体”思想对中日关系“再正常化”的指导意义

【摘要】：2016年G20中日首脑会谈,是自2014年以来第三次中日首脑会谈,为改善中日关系提供了新的机遇,习主席主张的"命运共同体"思想成为G20后中日关系发展的重要指导理念。自2013年3月以来,习主席对"命运共同体"思想不断阐释,希望为国际公平公正秩序构建新的蓝图。命运共同体,超越了冷战中大国争夺主导权的思维,是关于国际秩序的新主张,对中日关系的顶层设计具有重大指导意义。今后,中国与日本应以"命运共同体"为顶层设计的指导思想,努力使中日关系重新回到"再正常化"发展的轨道,并与东亚各国一起增进共识,共建亚洲命运共同体。
[Abstract]:The G20 China-Japan Summit on 2016, the third since 2014, provides a new opportunity for improving Sino-Japanese relations. Xi's idea of "Destiny Community" has become an important guiding concept for the development of Sino-Japanese relations after the G20. Since March 2013, President Xi has constantly explained the idea of "Destiny Community". The hope is to build a new blueprint for an international fair and just order. The Community of Destiny transcends the thinking of the great powers in the Cold War to fight for the dominant power and is a new proposition on the international order. In the future, China and Japan should take the "Community of Destiny" as the guiding ideology of the top-level design, and make great efforts to return the Sino-Japanese relations to the track of "re-normalization" development. And together with the East Asian countries to promote common understanding, to build the Asian Community of fate.
