【摘要】： 边境无小事,事事连国际。大至边境冲突和犯罪者的引渡,小至越境打渔、牛马猪狗误入他界,都是会晤谈判的话题。因此,我们选择沿黑龙江中俄后裔比例最高的呼玛县鸥浦乡、鸥浦乡俄罗斯民族村怀柔站村、李花站村作为研究对象,通过对鸥浦乡的历史变迁及俄侨、中俄后裔的生存状态等区域的、个案的、具体事件的研究,表达出对中(苏)俄关系史整体的理解。努力把社会学调查和文献分析,国家政策研究与基层社会研究有机地结合起来,梳理了基层社会在国际关系演变下的历史发展脉络,从民间视角来重新解读20世纪以来中(苏)俄关系史的演变。
[Abstract]:As far as border conflicts and extradition of offenders are concerned, as small as crossing the border to fish, and cattle, horses, pigs and dogs straying into other borders, all are the topics of talks. Therefore, we choose Gulpu Township, Russian ethnic Village Huairou Village and Lihua Station Village, which have the highest proportion of Chinese and Russian descendants along Heilongjiang River, to study the historical changes of Gulpu Township and the Russian overseas Chinese. The study of the regional, case and specific events of the Chinese and Russian descendants expresses their understanding of the whole history of Sino-Russian relations, and makes great efforts to analyze the sociological investigation and the literature. National policy research and grass-roots social research are organically combined, combing the historical development of grass-roots society under the evolution of international relations. This paper reinterprets the evolution of Sino-Russian relations from a folk perspective since 20th century.
