从国家利益视角浅析冷战时期中埃关系

【摘要】： 历史性与可变性是国家利益的两个基本特性,世界各国在不同的历史时期,谋取国家利益的重点都会因自身因素与国际环境的变化而变化。透过冷战时期中埃关系的发展历程,我们可以清楚地看出中埃两国国家利益取向的变化轨迹;反之,也可以通过中埃两国的国家利益取向,深刻认识国家利益对两国关系发展的导向作用和影响。当前,作为地区性政治大国,埃及在中东事务上的发言权是不可替代的,而埃及在非洲地区事务中所扮演的角色也是不可替代的。中埃国家关系曾经是,现在还是,未来也必将是中国对外关系中所亟待处理好的重要一环。本文对上世纪冷战时期中埃两国国家利益的取向变化,以及由此引起的中埃两国关系侧重点的变化进行了粗浅的分析,与此同时,对影响到中埃两国国家关系发展的一些重要因素,如涉及到安全利益方面的台湾问题因素,涉及到政治利益层面的巴以问题因素,以及涉及到经济利益层面的经贸合作因素等,也从国家利益视角,进行了初步的分析。本文最后,尝试性地结合国家利益的可变性,就未来中埃国家关系的发展提出了粗浅的思考和预测。
[Abstract]:History and variability are the two basic characteristics of national interests. In different historical periods, the emphasis of seeking national interests will be changed by the changes of their own factors and the international environment. Through the development of Sino-Egyptian relations during the Cold War, We can clearly see the change track of the national interest orientation of China and Egypt; conversely, we can also deeply understand the guiding role and influence of national interest on the development of bilateral relations through the national interest orientation of China and Egypt. At present, as a regional political power, Egypt's voice in Middle East affairs is irreplaceable, and Egypt's role in African regional affairs is irreplaceable. The future is bound to be an important part of China's foreign relations. This paper makes a brief analysis of the changes in the interests of China and Egypt during the Cold War in 0th century and the changes in the emphasis of Sino-Egyptian relations. At the same time, some important factors affecting the development of the relations between China and Egypt, such as the Taiwan issue related to security interests and the Palestinian-Israeli issue at the level of political interests, As well as the economic and trade cooperation factors related to the level of economic interests and so on, it also makes a preliminary analysis from the perspective of national interests. Finally, this paper tries to combine the variability of national interests, This paper puts forward some thoughts and predictions on the development of Sino-Egyptian relations in the future.
