美国“门罗主义”外交政策实践研究

【摘要】："门罗主义"是美国早期的一项重要外交政策。通过19世纪美国在美洲的外交实践阐述"门罗主义"同孤立主义、北美大陆扩张政策之间的联系,"门罗主义"是孤立主义和北美大陆扩张政策的纽带,在实行北美大陆扩张政策的同时以"门罗主义"作为对孤立主义的阐释。"门罗主义"根据国内的政治经济动态实行有阶梯的对拉美政策,在墨西哥、中美及加勒比地区和南美实行不同的外交策略,从而在拉美同欧洲列强尤其是英国之间产生一种制衡。
[Abstract]:"Monroe doctrine" was an important foreign policy of the United States in the early days. Through the diplomatic practice of the United States in the Americas in 19th century, it was expounded that "Monroe Doctrine" was the same as isolationism. The link between North American continental expansion policies, "Monroe doctrine" is the link between isolationism and North American continental expansion policy, The policy of North American continental expansion was accompanied by an interpretation of isolationism by "Monroe Doctrine". The "Monroe Doctrine" followed a ladder of Latin American policies according to domestic political and economic developments. In Mexico, China and the Caribbean and South America pursue different diplomatic strategies, thus creating a counterbalance between Latin America and the European powers, especially Britain.
