言语行为视角下伊拉克战争期间美国政治语篇的交际意图分析

【摘要】：作为人类社会主要的交流工具,语言最重要的功能之一就是通过不同形式的言语行为来表述世界。通过语言,人们能够把复杂的社会世界表达出来,使之条理化、有序化。语言使用者在使用语言时不是任意的,任何一个言语行为都带有交流意图。说话者通过语言的使用变化来实现自己的交流意图。自20世纪80年代以来,越来越多的语言学研究者将眼光投向语言在社会建构中的作用的研究。这些研究总体认为语言在政治语境中不仅是一种交流工具,还具有行事性和建构作用。随着国家间交往的日益增多,政治行为体对语言在社会建构中的作用的认识显得尤为重要,因为语言的良好运用会给政治行为体在国际关系中提供助力。研究语言在社会建构中的作用有助于更好地理解国际关系中复杂的种种现象。除此之外,在面对危机时,对外交决策者也有现实指导意义。因此本文选取伊拉克战争期间美国政治语篇作为研究对象,通过具体分析模式分析危机时期政治行为体如何运用语言建构社会,传达自己的交际意图,为其政治目的服务。本文由五个章节构成。第一章为绪论部分,介绍了本文的研究目的、研究意义以及本文总体结构。第二章为文献综述部分。此章节为本研究涉及的术语交际意图和政治语篇进行了定义,并对本文的理论基础言语行为理论进行了介绍。此外,对国内外相关研究进行回顾总结。第三章首先介绍本文的研究问题和数据的收集方法,然后提出具体的分析模式来看政治语境中说话者如何运用语言表达其交际意图。本文提出的分析模式为：语篇层次、词汇层次、句子层次；在语篇层次,说话者通过筛选叙述内容,使某些事物排除在话语之外使其消失在意义体系外,通过频繁地重复某些内容而使其进入稳定的话语体系；词汇层次,作为语言建构最小单位的各类词汇建构身份并解释语境；在句子层次,行为体通过言语行为的变化和句式的选择来实现社会建构。第四章是对具体语篇的分析。根据战争的不同时期本文将语篇分为三个时期：战前、战时、以及战争后期。在每个层次上分别对三个时期的演讲做以分析,观察说话者如何传达其交际意图,使听话者接受说话者建构的身份、政策和意义体系等。第五章为结论部分,回答了提出的问题,指出了本研究的启示。同时也对本研究存在的局限性以及对今后相关研究的建议进行了讨论。
[Abstract]:As the main communication tool of human society, one of the most important functions of language is to express the world through different forms of speech acts. Orderliness. Language users are not arbitrary in their use of language. Any speech act has a communication intention. The speaker realizes his or her communication intention by changing the use of language. Since 1980s, More and more linguistic researchers are focusing on the role of language in social construction. With the increasing communication between countries, the understanding of the role of language in social construction is particularly important. Because the good use of language can help political actors in international relations. Studying the role of language in social construction helps to better understand the complex phenomena in international relations. In addition, in the face of crisis, Therefore, this paper chooses the American political discourse during the Iraq War as the research object, and analyzes how the political actors use language to construct the society in the crisis period through the concrete analysis mode. Convey one's own communicative intentions and serve their political purposes. This paper is composed of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which introduces the purpose of this paper. The second chapter is literature review. This chapter defines the terms communicative intention and political discourse involved in this study, and introduces the theoretical basis of the speech act theory. The third chapter introduces the research problems and data collection methods of this paper. Then it puts forward specific analytical models to see how the speaker uses language to express his communicative intention in the political context. The analytical models proposed in this paper are as follows: discourse level, lexical level, sentence level, at the discourse level, and at the discourse level. The speaker makes certain things disappear from the meaning system by sifting the narrative content out of the utterance, and enters into the stable discourse system by repeating some content frequently; lexical level. As the smallest unit of language construction, lexicon constructs identity and interprets context; at sentence level, The actor realizes the social construction through the change of speech act and the choice of sentence structure. Chapter 4th is an analysis of the specific text. According to the different periods of war, the text is divided into three periods: Pre-war, wartime, and so on. And later war. At each level, we analyze the three periods of speech, observe how the speaker conveys their communicative intention, and make the hearer accept the identity, policy and meaning system of the speaker. Chapter 5th is the conclusion part. This paper answers the questions raised, points out the implications of this study, and discusses the limitations of this study and the suggestions for future research.
