论当代恐怖主义的特点及其演化趋势分析

【摘要】： 该文分为五部分：第一部分主要分析了当代恐怖主义组织及活动,并对当代恐怖主义的概念进行了界定。第二部分主要分析了当代恐怖主义的主要根源。当代世界恐怖主义活动泛滥并祸及全球并不是偶然的,它有着广泛的社会、政治、经济等原因。总得来说,日益扩大的南北贫富差距及大国的霸权主义和强权政治是当今世界恐怖主义泛滥的主要根源。第三部分主要分析了当代恐怖主义的特点。20世纪90年代以来,恐怖主义在形式和内容上出现了一些新特点：1.国际性更加明显；2.恐怖手段现代化；3.目的的政治性仍是主导；4.社会的危害性越发严重。第四部分主要阐述了当代恐怖主义特点的演化趋势：1.犯罪主体多元化；2.犯罪行为多元化；3.犯罪目的模糊化。第五部分主要分析当代恐怖主义对中国的影响及其防范对策,打击恐怖主义应遵循什么样的原则是恐怖主义能否得到真正有效控制的根本前提。
[Abstract]:This article is divided into five parts: the first part mainly analyzes the contemporary terrorist organizations and activities. And defines the concept of contemporary terrorism. The second part mainly analyzes the main causes of contemporary terrorism. It is not by chance that terrorist activities in the contemporary world are rampant and have a global impact. It has a wide range of social, political, Economy and so on. In general, The widening gap between the rich and the poor in the north and the south and the hegemonism and power politics of the great powers are the main causes of the spread of terrorism in the world today. The third part mainly analyzes the characteristics of contemporary terrorism since 90s. Terrorism has some new features in form and content. 1. International terrorism is more obvious. 3. The political nature of the purpose is still dominant. The harmfulness of society is becoming more and more serious. Part 4th mainly expounds contemporary terrorism. The evolution trend of the characteristics of terrorism: 1.The diversification of criminal subjects and the diversification of criminal behavior 3.The fuzziness of criminal purpose. Part 5th mainly analyzes the influence of contemporary terrorism on China and its preventive measures. What kind of principle should be followed in combating terrorism is the basic premise of whether terrorism can be effectively controlled.
