【摘要】： 国家利益是国际政治中发挥作用最持久、影响力最大的因素,是国家对外行为的最基本的动因。国家利益作为一个实践工具,在指导国家对外政策和对外行为方面发挥着重要的作用。首先对国家利益的概念以及国家利益观进行了阐述。从内涵与外延两方面对国家利益的概念进行解析,接着对以马克思、西方学者和我国学者为代表的国家利益观进行了阐述,提出了国家利益观新的时代内涵同时概述了胡锦涛的国家利益观。先陈述了胡锦涛对江泽民国家安全利益、国家政治利益、国家经济利益和国家文化利益的继承,接着从安全、政治、经济和文化四个方面对胡锦涛的国家利益观进行了逐一解读。在国家安全利益方面,我党适时的提出共建和谐世界的构想,这一战略推动了世界的和平发展,也为我国和平崛起创造了良好的国际环境。依据这一战略构想我国实行了卓有成效的措施即积极促成朝核会谈、开展军事外交等。这些举措利于实现东北亚的和平稳定也为我国实现安全利益奠定坚实基础;在国家政治利益方面,我党提出坚持和平发展战略、坚持和平共处五项原则,在同周边国家交往中倡导“以邻为善”、“与邻为伴”,在解决国际冲突问题上主张通过协商对话合作实现共同安全;在国家经济利益方面,主张开展经济外交深化经济交融,为维护经济主权、经济安全做出了贡献;在国家文化利益方面主张开展文化交流、争取文化话语权,同时还主张尊重世界文明的多样性,为世界文化的共同发展创造了良好的文化环境。全面分析胡锦涛的国家利益观不仅有利于制定合理的对外方针政策,也有利于开拓国家政治领域的研究视野,丰富国际政治的研究内容从而更好的实现国家利益。
[Abstract]:National interest is the most lasting and influential factor in international politics, and it is the most basic motivation of the country's external behavior. National interest is a practical tool. It plays an important role in guiding the country's foreign policy and behavior. First of all, the concept of national interest and the concept of national interest are expounded. The concept of national interest is analyzed from the aspects of connotation and extension, and then the concept of national interest is analyzed by Marx. The western scholar and our country scholar as the representative national benefit view has carried on the elaboration, has proposed the new time connotation of the national interest view, and has outlined Hu Jintao's national interest view at the same time. He first stated Hu Jintao's succession to the national security interests, the national political interests, the national economic interests and the national cultural interests of Jiang Zemin, and then from the perspective of security and politics, In terms of national security interests, our party has put forward the idea of building a harmonious world in a timely manner. This strategy has promoted the peaceful development of the world. It has also created a good international environment for the peaceful rise of our country. According to this strategic concept, our country has implemented fruitful measures, that is, actively promoting the DPRK nuclear talks. These measures are conducive to the realization of peace and stability in Northeast Asia and lay a solid foundation for the realization of our country's security interests; in terms of national political interests, our party proposes to adhere to the strategy of peaceful development and to adhere to the five principles of peaceful coexistence. In their exchanges with neighboring countries, they advocate "making neighboring countries good" and "being partners with neighbors", and advocate common security through consultation, dialogue and cooperation in resolving international conflicts; and in terms of national economic interests, they advocate deepening economic integration through economic diplomacy. It has made contributions to safeguarding economic sovereignty and economic security, advocated cultural exchanges in the interests of national culture, and fought for the right of cultural discourse, and at the same time advocated respect for the diversity of world civilization, It has created a good cultural environment for the common development of world culture. A comprehensive analysis of Hu Jintao's concept of national interests is not only conducive to formulating reasonable foreign policies and principles, but also conducive to opening up a research horizon in the field of national politics. Enrich the research content of international politics so as to better realize the national interests.
