【摘要】：本文主要论述了塔吉克斯坦与中国在政治、经济、安全与文化教育领域关系的发展情况，在介绍独立后的塔吉克斯坦与中国确立和发展外交关系的同时，也回顾了古代文化领域的交流情况。独立后的塔吉克斯坦曾陷入内战，国民经济遭受重创。实现国内和平后，塔吉克斯坦迫切需要发展对外合作以恢复国家经济。中国给塔吉克斯坦提供了有力的支持，同塔在经济领域展开了一系列的合作，为恢复塔国内经济和维护国家安全做出了重要贡献。上海合作组织是塔中关系的重要组成部分。在上合组织框架下，两国在打击际恐怖主义、民族分裂和分离主义（简称三股势力）的斗争中进行了密切合作。这为维护独立后的塔国家安全提供了强有力的保障，，也增强了中国西北边境的安全。上合组织在解决地区问题上的出色表现得到了国际社会的认可，也提高了成员国的国际地位。中国已成为塔对外关系中优先发展的对象，这不仅由两国相邻的地理位置决定的，也是由两国对区域和国际问题所持的一致立场所决定。进一步加强与中国的经济联系，符合塔吉克斯坦的利益，因为中华人民共和国是可靠和稳定的合作伙伴。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the development of the relations between Tajikistan and China in the fields of politics, economy, security, culture and education, and introduces the establishment and development of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and China after independence. It also reviews the exchange of ancient culture. After the establishment of domestic peace, Tajikistan urgently needs to develop foreign cooperation to restore the national economy. China has provided Tajikistan with strong support. The Towers have carried out a series of cooperation in the economic field, which has made important contributions to restoring the domestic economy and safeguarding national security. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is an important part of relations between Tajikistan and China. Within the framework of the SCO, the two countries are fighting international terrorism. Close cooperation has been carried out in the struggle between ethnic separatism and separatism, which provides a strong guarantee for the national security of the country after independence. The SCO's outstanding performance in solving regional problems has been recognized by the international community and has enhanced the international status of its member states. China has become the target of priority development in Tajikistan's foreign relations, which is determined not only by the geographical location of the two countries, but also by the unanimous position held by the two countries on regional and international issues, so as to further strengthen economic ties with China. In Tajikistan's interest, the people's Republic of China is a reliable and stable partner.
