2013年中东形势及中国应对政策

【摘要】：正转型国家政局不稳,举步维艰中东经过两年多疾风暴雨般的斗争,其中也不乏腥风血雨,突尼斯、埃及、利比亚、也门四国完成了政权更迭,进入转型期。3年多前,群众游行示威、街头抗议引发政局大动荡,其初衷是改善低下的生活水平,以后又发展到要求改革停滞的经济形势、改变僵化的政治制度,上述3项诉求正是对转型提出的要求和目标。近年从政治角度看,确也发生了一些变化,如4个转型国家分别推翻了执政几十年的领导人,改变了长期不变的治国方式,通过选举成立新政权,今后谁再想搞终身制或家族相传就行不通了,这是动荡给这一地区带来的积极面,会影响到今后的政治生活。
[Abstract]:Countries in transition are experiencing political instability and difficulty in the Middle East. After more than two years of stormy struggle, among them, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen have completed the regime change and entered the transition period. More than three years ago, Mass demonstrations and street protests triggered political upheaval. The original intention was to improve the low standard of living, then to demand reform of the stagnant economic situation and to change the rigid political system. These three demands are precisely the demands and goals for transformation. In recent years, from a political point of view, some changes have indeed taken place, such as the overthrow of the leaders of the four transition countries who have been in power for decades, and the change in the long-held way of governing the country. By electing a new regime, it will not be possible for anyone to pursue a lifelong system or family legend in the future. This is a positive aspect of the unrest in the region and will affect political life in the future.
