中日东海划界问题的探析

【摘要】：中日东海问题是长期横亘在中日之间,一个棘手的问题,从建交之初,时至今日关于中日东海问题也没有能够得到圆满的解决,随着钓鱼岛事件的升温,中日东海划界问题,已经成为两国不得不面对的问题。中日东海划界问题涉及政治、经济、法律等很多领域,本文的写作初衷就是要从全方位的分析这个问题,为此,本文搜集了很多领域的参考文献,从中日两国的视角,全面找出双方的分歧所在,并为解决中日东海问题提供了解决途径：主权属我,和平协商；搁置争议。共同开发。并详细阐明了该解决途径的实施方案,最后在文章的结尾处总结了两国在解决中日东海问题时应所持的态度,“使东海成为名副其实的友好之海、合作之海,而不是对立之海。”
[Abstract]:On the East China Sea issue is a long-term lie between China and Japan, a thorny problem, from the beginning of establishment of diplomatic relations, today about on the East China Sea has no problem can be solved with the Diaoyu Islands warming problem on delimitation of East China Sea, has become the two countries have to face the problem.
The problem on delimitation of East China Sea involving political, economic, legal and other fields, the original intention of this article is to analyze the full range of this problem, therefore, this paper collected a lot of reference in the field of literature, from the Japanese perspective, find all the differences between the two sides, and provides an effective way to solve the East China Sea question: sovereignty belongs to me, to negotiate peace; shelve disputes. And expounds the implementation scheme of the solution, and finally at the end of the article summarizes the two countries on the East China Sea in solving the problems should be the attitude, worthy of the name "make the East China Sea a sea of friendship, cooperation of the sea, rather than the opposite of the sea"
