相互依存视角中的新马关系研究

【摘要】：新加坡与马来西亚是两个紧密相邻的国家,两国之间的距离仅一水之隔。历史上,两国都是英国殖民主义的产物,曾有过合并历史,1963-1965年,新加坡与马来西亚同属于马来西亚联邦,但1965年新加坡退出马来西亚联邦后,两国就变成了各自拥有独立主权的国家。这种合并的历史加上两国的地理相邻性,使两国在政治、经济、社会和文化等方面还存有很多联系,而这些联系又使两国的双边关系变得微妙而复杂。自新马分立至今,两国的双边关系经历了初期的对抗与僵持,七、八十年代的相对平静与稳定以及全球化时代的紧密合作与互惠互利等阶段。新马两国时常因一些历史遗留问题及由此衍生的利益关系而产生摩擦与纠纷,但由于两国在各方面的相互依存而使两国的双边关系发展从未中断。本文以相互依存为视角,探讨新马两国在政治、经济、防务等方面的相互依存状况,并分析新马两国是如何维护和加强它们之间的这种相互依存关系的,其中注重强调两国间两种不同文明的对话对双边依存关系发展的重要作用。正是新加坡的传统儒家文明与马来西亚的伊斯兰文明进行了平等对话,才使两国在现代化进程中能够和谐并立,共同为人类文明程度的提升作出不同的贡献。以华人为主体的新加坡和以马来人为主体的马来西亚从民族角度而言,分则两利,从而在区域性合作中实现“双赢”。本文的主要内容如下：第一章分析了新马两国的相互依存源于它们的地缘政治特点以及两国彼此间这种相互依存的互动。第二章通过阐述新马两国在经济结构上的互补性、双边的贸易和投资以及能源方面等合作来探讨新马两国在经贸层面的相互依存度。第三章分析了新马两国相互依存的制约因素以及新马两国是如何处理这些问题,从而使两国的这种相互依存走向国际化。第四章阐述新马两国相互依存关系的深化。结语部分是对新马之间的相互依存关系作出评估以及对新马未来关系的展望。
[Abstract]:Singapore and Malaysia are two countries close to each other, and the distance between the two countries is only one river apart. Historically, both countries were the product of British colonialism and had a history of merger in 1963-1965. Singapore and Malaysia belong to the Union of Malaysia, but after Singapore withdrew from the Union of Malaysia in 1965, the two countries became independent and sovereign states. There are still many economic, social and cultural links, which in turn make the bilateral relations between the two countries delicate and complicated. Since Singapore and Malaysia separated, the bilateral relations between the two countries have experienced initial confrontation and stalemate. In 80s, during the period of relative calm and stability, close cooperation and mutual benefit in the era of globalization, the two countries often had frictions and disputes due to some historical problems and the interest relations derived therefrom. However, the development of bilateral relations between the two countries has never been interrupted because of their interdependence in various aspects. This paper, from the perspective of interdependence, discusses the interdependence in politics, economy and defense between Singapore and Malaysia. And to analyze how Singapore and Malaysia maintain and strengthen this interdependence between them, Emphasizing the important role of dialogue between the two civilizations in the development of bilateral interdependence. It is precisely the traditional Confucian civilization in Singapore and the Islamic civilization in Malaysia that have conducted an equal dialogue, To enable the two countries to stand in harmony in the process of modernization and jointly make different contributions to the enhancement of human civilization. Singapore, with the Chinese as the main body, and Malaysia, with the Malay as the main body, will benefit from the national point of view. Thus, in regional cooperation to achieve a "win-win." The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter analyzes the interdependence of Singapore and Malaysia from their geopolitical characteristics and the interdependent interaction between the two countries. Bilateral trade and investment and energy cooperation to explore the interdependence of Singapore and Malaysia at the economic and trade level. Chapter three analyzes the constraints on the interdependence of Singapore and Malaysia and how the two countries deal with these issues. Chapter 4th expounds the deepening of the interdependence relationship between Singapore and Malaysia. The conclusion part is about the evaluation of the interdependence between the two countries and the prospect of the future relationship between the two countries.
