中国在东北亚地缘政治变局中的战略选择

【摘要】：大国力量汇集、合作与竞争并存,一直是东北亚地缘政治格局的基本特点。东北亚地区是我国实现中华民族伟大复兴"中国梦"的重要战略依托,也是我国周边外交的前沿地带,对我国实现和平发展的战略意义不言而喻。2014年以来,东北亚地区的地缘政治格局出现诸多新的变化,突出表现为俄罗斯加速推行"东进"战略、美国对"亚太再平衡"战略实施调整、朝鲜半岛局势在紧张中出现缓和迹象、日本在解禁集体自卫权后加快走上"政治、军事大国"道路。
[Abstract]:The pooling of great powers and the coexistence of cooperation and competition have always been the basic characteristics of the geopolitical pattern in Northeast Asia. Northeast Asia is an important strategic backing for China to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, "Chinese Dream." Since 2014, there have been many new changes in the geopolitical structure of Northeast Asia, which is manifested in the accelerated implementation of the "eastward" strategy by Russia. The United States has adjusted the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy, the situation on the Korean peninsula has shown signs of easing in tension, and Japan has stepped up the road of "political and military power" after lifting the ban on the right of collective self-defence.
