【摘要】：正新一届中央领导集体执政以来,中国对东南亚地区的大战略思想主要包括命运共同体战略、21世纪海上丝绸之路战略、中国东盟自由贸易区升级版战略、"2+7"战略等。中国—东盟命运共同体首先是生存、安全共同体,其次是发展共同体。21世纪海上丝绸之路侧重于以海洋航路为骨干和线索,辐射于周边地区的经济合作。中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版战略
