【摘要】："新南南合作"兴起于中国等发展中国家的崛起,是在新的发展经验、新的发展资源和新的发展制度重塑下的全球发展方案。一方面,"新南南合作"继承了南南合作中不干涉内政的政治遗产,在新的全球发展时期强调尊重国家需求导向和互利互惠原则;另一方面,"新南南合作"在全球危机的背景下努力维护全球化的成果。中国已经成为"新南南合作"的主要经验路径。
[Abstract]:"New South-South cooperation" sprang up from the rise of China and other developing countries, and it is in the new development experience. The new resources for development and the new development system reshape the global development programme... on the one hand, "new South-South cooperation" inherits the political legacy of non-interference in the internal affairs of South-South cooperation, Emphasizing respect for national demand-orientation and the principle of mutual benefit in the new global development period; On the other hand, "new South-South cooperation" has become the main experience path of "new South-South cooperation" under the background of global crisis.
