【摘要】：冷战后,美国延续"民主扩展"传统,建立了多家涉俄非政府组织,这些非政府组织大体上都以"欧亚"命名并从欧亚大陆视角审视俄罗斯,开展了形式多样的活动,深刻影响了包括俄罗斯在内的前苏联国家。同时美国也扶持俄罗斯政治流亡者在美国建立非政府组织,协助他们从事批判俄罗斯现政权的活动。美国的行为逐渐引起俄罗斯政府的警惕,最终俄罗斯颁布法律驱逐了大批美国非政府组织,并通过培育自己的智库、改善对外宣传、收留斯诺登等手段来反制美国。非政府组织领域的斗争见证了俄罗斯由乱而治的国家发展历程,也体现了俄美关系的演变。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the United States continued the tradition of "democratic expansion" and established a number of Russian-related non-governmental organizations. These non-governmental organizations were named after "Eurasia" in general and examined Russia from the perspective of Eurasia and carried out various activities. It had a profound impact on former Soviet countries, including Russia. At the same time, the United States also supported Russian political exiles to set up non-governmental organizations in the United States. Assisting them in their activities to criticize the current Russian regime. The United States' behavior gradually aroused the Russian Government's vigilance. Finally, Russia issued laws to expel a large number of American non-governmental organizations, and improved foreign propaganda by cultivating its own think tanks. The struggle in the field of non-governmental organizations witnessed the development of Russia's country from chaos to rule, and also reflected the evolution of Russian-American relations.
