【摘要】：正分清敌我,是革命的首要任务。在"伊斯兰国"问题上恰恰是敌我难分。如果国际政治博弈只有两个参与方,敌我关系是线性的,可以非常简单。当博弈成为一个多方参与的过程时,敌我关系是平面交叉的,可以高度复杂。当每个博弈方又都有多层目标,且目标交叉、冲突、重叠、不断变化时,敌我关系是立体多维的,不仅复杂,而且因时、因地变化。围
[Abstract]:It is the first task of the revolution to distinguish the enemy from the other. In the case of the Islamic State, it is difficult to separate the enemy from the other. If there are only two parties involved in the international political game, the relationship between the enemy and the enemy is linear. It can be very simple. When the game becomes a multi-party process, the foe and I relationships are planar intersecting and can be highly complex.
