【摘要】：作为逐渐机制化的中美首脑外交，“胡布会”与“胡奥会”在申明两国共同立场、协调两国共同利益、制定两国外交基本框架的问题上收效显著。中美首脑外交的频率和效率都在近十年期间得到显著提升，中美首脑外交的发展也在危机处理和重大国际问题的沟通方面促进了中美关系的发展。目前，中美已经签署30多个政府间合作协议，建立了60多个对话机制，，双方在经贸、能源、环境、反恐、执法、人文等广泛领域具备全面合作的坚实基础与巨大潜力。这都与两国首脑在不同场合的会晤中所做的努力分不开。我们可以说，中美两国关系的发展使首脑外交的作用更加凸显和充实，赋予了首脑外交以新的内涵。
[Abstract]:As a gradually institutionalized diplomacy of the heads of state of China and the United States, the "Hubu Club" and the "Huo Conference" are affirming the common position of the two countries and coordinating the common interests of the two countries. The formulation of the basic framework for diplomacy between the two countries has yielded remarkable results. The frequency and efficiency of the diplomacy of the heads of state of China and the United States have been significantly increased in the past decade. The development of China-US summit diplomacy has also promoted the development of Sino-US relations in terms of crisis management and communication on major international issues. At present, China and the United States have signed more than 30 intergovernmental cooperation agreements, established more than 60 dialogue mechanisms, and both sides are engaged in trade and economic cooperation. There is a solid foundation and great potential for comprehensive cooperation in a wide range of fields, such as energy, environment, counter-terrorism, law enforcement, humanities and so on. This can all be attributed to the efforts made by the heads of state of the two countries in their meetings on various occasions. We can say that, The development of relations between China and the United States makes the role of summit diplomacy more prominent and enriched, and gives new connotations to summit diplomacy.
