印度莫迪政府外交政策初探

【摘要】：印度人民党近期以绝对优势取得印度新一届大选的胜利,莫迪当选印度新任总理,莫迪政府的对外政策引起广泛的关注。本文认为:莫迪政府将继续印度自冷战结束以来致力跻身世界大国之列的努力,重视与美国、中国及其他主要大国开展外交互动,改善与巴基斯坦的关系,并维护印度的战略自主权和外交独立性。印度将寻求在经贸合作、非传统安全、海上安全、"东向政策"等方面推进务实外交。中印关系有望在莫迪任期内保持稳定态势,双方将在国际层面和经贸领域强化合作,但边界争端等双边问题仍难以取得突破性进展。
[Abstract]:The Bharatiya Janata Party recently won India's new general election by an absolute margin, Modi was elected the new prime minister, Modi's government's foreign policy has aroused widespread concern.The paper holds that the Modi government will continue India's efforts to become one of the world's great powers since the end of the Cold War, and attach importance to its diplomatic interaction with the United States, China and other major powers to improve its relations with Pakistan.And maintain India's strategic autonomy and diplomatic independence.India will seek to promote pragmatic diplomacy in economic and trade cooperation, non-traditional security, maritime security, and "eastward policy."Sino-Indian relations are expected to remain stable during Modi's term of office, and the two sides will strengthen cooperation at the international level and in the economic and trade field, but bilateral issues such as border disputes are still difficult to make a breakthrough.
