文化外交视阈下的中日关系

【摘要】： 中日两国的关系正常与否关系到东亚乃至世界的和平与发展。冷战结束后,文化的重要作用日渐浮现,从塞缪尔·亨廷顿的《文明的冲突与世界秩序的重建》到约瑟夫·奈提出的“软实力”战略,无一不展示出文化这一软实力的独特作用。本文从文化外交的定义和特征出发,同时介绍了文化外交在冷战前后的演变,描述文化外交的历史意义,并据此介绍了中国以“和”为主基调的文化传统以及日本“菊”与“刀”的矛盾文化传统,从两国各自的传统文化中找出两国关系演变的文化渊源。日本对中国的文化外交策略一直随着世界形势以及中国经济情况的变化而调整,而且其采用的形式也不断多样化,企图向中国民众灌输其价值观。中国的文化外交则是以中华传统文化为载体,通过政府组织或民间文化交往而展开的、为达到在世界范围内促进和平的一种外交活动,有着自身的发展历程及特点,其展开也有着独特的历史意义。本文着重说明了现阶段中国文化外交的制约因素及中国应对日本文化外交侵袭的发展方略,那就是中国要以经济的发展作保障,不断完善文化创新能力,增强两国交流与合作,力争使我国的文化外交能够中日关系中最大限度地起到维护国家利益,促进两国关系和平发展的作用。
[Abstract]:The relationship between China and Japan is related to the peace and development of East Asia and the world.After the end of the Cold War, the important role of culture emerged day by day, from Samuel Huntington's the conflict of Civilization and the Reconstruction of World order to Joseph Nye's "soft power" strategy.All show the unique role of the soft power of culture.Based on the definition and characteristics of cultural diplomacy, this paper introduces the evolution of cultural diplomacy before and after the Cold War, and describes the historical significance of cultural diplomacy.Based on this, the author introduces the Chinese cultural tradition of "harmony" and the contradictory cultural tradition of "chrysanthemum" and "Dao" in Japan, and finds out the cultural origin of the evolution of the relationship between the two countries from their respective traditional cultures.Japan's cultural diplomacy to China has been adjusted with the changes of the world situation and China's economic situation, and its forms are constantly diversified in an attempt to inculcate its values into the Chinese people.China's cultural diplomacy is based on the traditional Chinese culture and is carried out through governmental organizations or folk cultural exchanges. In order to achieve a diplomatic activity to promote peace in the world, it has its own development process and characteristics.Its development also has the unique historical significance.This paper emphatically explains the restrictive factors of China's cultural diplomacy at the present stage and the development strategy of China's response to the invasion of Japanese cultural diplomacy, that is, China should take the economic development as a guarantee, constantly improve its cultural innovation ability, and enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.China's cultural diplomacy can play the role of safeguarding national interests and promoting the peaceful development of Sino-Japanese relations to the maximum extent.
