论中东变局前后影响沙特与美国关系的主要因素

【摘要】：沙特与美国维持了60多年稳固的关系,尤其在2010年中东变局前后,沙特和美国不但维持了原有的特殊关系,甚至还在利比亚与叙利亚危机期间相互呼应,沙特与美国何以维持这种特殊关系,其中原因值得探究。文章从石油利益、恐怖主义、民主化和宗教四个方面分析,剖析影响两国关系的主要因素。文章认为,石油利益是维系沙特与美国关系最稳固的纽带,也是美国将沙特视为中东重要盟友的关键因素；而中东变局前后,沙特通过多种途径积极开展反恐活动和反恐合作,是维持两国稳固关系的重要因素；再者,沙特通过成立协商会议、进行市政选举等一系列民主化改革,与美国的民主外交形成默契,亦是维系两国关系的重要因素之一；最后,沙特对什叶派的排斥以及美国对待伊斯兰教势力的两面性又为两国的关系提供了利益的契合点。通过对中东变局前后沙特与美国关系维持的因素的分析,可以看出美国将一如既往地把沙特视为中东最可靠的盟友以及阿拉伯世界的楔子,以维持自己在中东的利益。
[Abstract]:Saudi Arabia and the United States have maintained their relations with the United States for more than 60 years , especially in the context of the 2010 Middle East Asian crisis . Saudi Arabia and the United States have not only maintained their original special relations , but also exchanged views with the United States during the crisis in Libya and the United States . The reasons are worth exploring . The article analyzes the main factors that affect the bilateral relations from four aspects of petroleum interests , terrorism , democratization and religion .

The article holds that the oil interests are the most stable ties between Saudi Arabia and the United States , and also the key factor for the United States to see Saudi Arabia as an important ally in the Middle East ;
In the Middle East , Saudi Arabia has actively carried out counter - terrorism activities and counter - terrorism cooperation through a variety of ways , and is an important factor in maintaining a stable relationship between the two countries ;
Moreover , Saudi Arabia , through the establishment of a consultative meeting , carries out a series of democratization reforms such as municipal elections , forms a tacit agreement with the democratic diplomacy of the United States , and is also one of the important factors in the relations between the two countries .
In the end , Saudi Arabia ' s rejection of Shi ' ites and the two - sidedness of the American treatment of Islam have provided a good agreement for the relations between the two countries .

Through an analysis of relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States before and after the change in the Middle East , it can be seen that the United States will always see Saudi Arabia as the most reliable ally in the Middle East and the wedge of the Arab world in order to maintain its own interests in the Middle East .
